20g (1 1/2 tbs) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
8g (1 1/2 tsp) Fine Sea Salt
0.3g (1/4 tsp) Dried Oregano
0.4g (1/4 tsp) Chile Flakes
28oz Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1) Add a spoonful of tomatoes into the blender.
2) Add all other ingredients into the blender
3) Blend briefly until the garlic and oil have emulsified.
4) Add the rest of the tomatoes and blend using quick pulses until ingredients are combined. Do not overblend
5) Pour sauce into a container and store in the fridge.
