Gene's Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups plant-based milk

1 banana (optionally frozen)

¼ cup frozen blueberries

2 large leaves of kale

½ cup spinach

½ English cucumber (optional)

½ tablespoon flax seeds, and/or ½ tablespoon hemp or chia seeds

1 date, pitted (optional)

Ice (optional)


Directions

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and no chunks remain. Add more plant-based milk or water to get the consistency you prefer.
